Scatterbox by Steven Silvers presents the June 11 edition of Carnival of the Capitalists.

Everything is open after next week, so feel free to volunteer after reviewing the hosting page. I did discover a missing-for-months e-mail from a possible volunteer I need to contact, and I will probably want to host an edition myself at some point, but otherwise we’re running on empty.

On another note, I hope to make some time to do some site redesign soon. WordPress is fantastic, but the default template is tough to modify. I’ll probably switch templates. I may or may not retain the old header graphic. It still looks good to me, but it’s getting long in the tooth. We’ll see.

I’ll probably also add a tip jar. I figure Rob had a brilliant idea back in 2003. I ran with it and have maintained it all this time. There have been no ads, no paid links, no sponsorships besides having my own business get credit for supplying the hosting for the CotC site, no paid posts. The idea and all that work has to be worth something, so if there was ever a good reason to invite donations, this is it.
